The HRSMC is legally represented by the University of Amsterdam ('penvoerder'). The HRSMC organisation structure consists of:
- Scientific Director and Managing Staff
- Board
- Research Committee
- Education Comittee (OWC)
- External Advisory Committee (WAR)
and a PhD Platform
