The Dutch landscape of photochemistry is a diverse field of research that can benefit from increased interaction and networking. Due to Corona several meetings (conferences/schools/courses) were cancelled. Now we offer you a new opportunity to discuss your research, and network online.

Last year the HRSMC, the Holland Research School for Molecular Chemistry, planned a doctoral summer school on photochemistry in July, just before the 28th IUPAC Symposium on Photochemistry in Amsterdam. Both events had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic; they will now take place in July 2022. (Photoiupac2022.amsterdam)

Meanwhile, we noticed that due to the pandemic our PhD students and postdocs dearly miss the opportunity to present their research, to build their network, and to improve their profiles and CVs. Therefore we organise the Dutch Photochemistry Days online (Zoom). This event is intended to give young researchers an opportunity to discuss their research, for more experienced researchers to network, and for the Dutch photochemistry community to experience new ways to meet online.

The meetings will take place on May 10th and 17th, 2021, from 1 to 4 pm via Zoom
