Abstracts Guidelines and Deadline
June 15 is deadline for submission of your abstract, late submissions can be considered for later registrations
Participants are encouraged to present a poster on their own research. Two of these abstracts will be invited for an oral presentation.
If you want to present a poster, you should submit an abstract, including a title, authors and affiliation in English. Abstracts should be sent in a Word (compatible) file AND as pdf by e-mail to hrsmc-science@uva.nl (see sample for sending instructions).
Abstracts will be made available on-line only.
